With Jen Wagstaff from CreativeMinds Sales Training.
Jen started her career with FedEx Express and, within 2 years, she rose to the top 5% of sales people in the world. She soon was promoted to sales facilitator, and, at just 24, was responsible for designing, developing and rolling out sales training across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
After 5 years of the jet-set lifestyle, Jen left her corporate job to set up CreativeMind. With just a laptop in her bedroom and no client base, she set herself loose into the world to transform the image of sales training and help others fulfil their potential in sales. Since then she has designed and delivered training across Europe for big name brands such as Total Jobs Group, Asics, and Wild & Wolf through Natural Training, and created sales strategies for hundreds of British businesses.
Her presentation will show you how to become a top performer in sales: building the right strategy, mindset and habits for success.
11am - 11.30am - Cyber Crime – Keep Your Business Safe
With Stephen Holton from The Regional Cyber Crime Unit
This presentation will tell you all about what the South West Cyber Crime Unit does, what the top threats are to SME’s, with real life examples of the threats facing SME’s in the South West. Plus you will get some simple advice on how to protect your business from cyber attacks.
The talk will also show you how to develop your security and how to report a cyber-attack, which hopefully won’t happen if you have attended this talk!
Another chance to get a caffeine and sugar fix, (or water and a slice of fruit for the healthy ones!) while you mingle with delegates & exhibitors
