Booking Information

The Eazybook system allows you to book multiple delegate places under one account, so please make sure you have all the delegate information available at the time of booking.

All delegate bookings made prior to the Qualsafe Conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration to attend.

Once payment has been recieved and processed by Qualsafe Ltd, an email confirmation and receipted invoice will be sent to the person who made the booking. If payment is not made at the time of delegate booking, registration at the conference will be solely provisional.

Workshop places are reserved on a first come, first served basis and these may become fully booked. In order to avoid disappointment, please ensure delegates have been booked onto all workshops they wish to attend in advance.

Due to the nature of the booking system, Qualsafe customers cannot use their credit accounts to purchase conference tickets.

If a purchase order (PO) is needed to complete payment, please complete the booking and contact a member of the Qualsafe Conference team with your invoice number, stating that a purchase order number is needed to finalise payment. A receipted invoice will be reissued with a purchase order number included.

CPD certificates will be sent out after the event to those who have attended the conference.
